Glimpses Of Vidyarambha Sanskar At Swami Pranabananda Vidya Mandir
Vidyarambha Sanskar is the felicitation of the school’s newly admitted students. It features a yagya in a hawan, the sacrificial fire pit, and other sacred rituals like the marking of vermilion tilaka on the forehead of all the newly admitted students who are then given a paper smeared with turmeric powder upon which they have to inscribe the syllable Om. The current students welcome them with inspirational songs.
